This plan is ideal for anyone looking to take a product from ideation to manufacturing readiness, or cover a significant development phase of a larger project. I can help you evaluate where you stand at each phase and provide guidance between each consultation. This plan covers product design reviews on the component level, to evaluate potential failure points and manufacturing issues. You can use your engineering hours for direct help with CAD design, prototyping, or testing if desired. Additionally, you have direct email contact with me for minor issues at no additional cost.

Step 1: Secure Your Engagement

After purchase, you’ll receive instructions to create a secure project profile.

Inside your profile, you can:

• Upload documentation
• Add specific questions
• Clarify what you want prioritized

Clear input leads to a more precise review.

Step 2: Submit Your Materials

You may upload:

• Written descriptions
• CAD screenshots or .STEP files
• Prototype photos or video
• Supplier quotes
• Manufacturing feedback
• Test data

Step 3: Written Engineering Assessment

Before we meet, I provide a written review that may include:

• Design and manufacturability risks
• Tolerance or material concerns
• Cost drivers
• Missed technical assumptions
• Areas where communication gaps may exist

You will receive direct, actionable feedback.

Step 4: One-Hour Recorded Consultation

After you review the written assessment, you schedule a one-hour video call. This call can be one-on-one or can include your team, co-founder or manufacturing partner.

During the session we:

• Clarify key decisions
• Discuss tradeoffs
• Align on priorities
• Identify next steps

The call is recorded and available for download for 15 days.

Ongoing Support (Optional)

Additional consulting time is available at a reduced client rate for:

• Follow-up design reviews
• Supplier discussions
• Manufacturing preparation
• Continued technical oversight
